Caitlyn Jenner WIll Pay $800k In Settlement For Fatal Car Crash

Caitlyn Jenner will give an $800,000 settlement to various members of the people involved with her February 2015 automobile accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

Jenner, 68, will pay $100,000 to both audio industry veterinarian Peter Wolf-Millesi along with his wife Lea Wolf-Millesi -- they sued Jenner in late 2015 for injuries they allegedly suffered after Kim Howe's Lexus struck their vehicle -- according to records obtained by The Blast. They blamed Jenner to get "serious accidents to their bodies" and "good physical and psychological pain and suffering" coming from the crash.

Lea's mother, Elga Maurer will get $500,00, according to the documents. Nino and Gaetano Wolf-Millesi, the couple's children, will receive $50,000 each.

According to the records, Jenner will cover attorney's fees totaling $250,000.

Officials determined Kim Howe, who was 70, died in the multi-vehicle crash. Howe had hit her brakes following a Prius in the front of her. Jenner rear-ended her where she struck on the Wolf-Millesis 'car head-on.

Jenner of wrongdoing previously cleared after months of investigation in the mishap. Police decided that Jenner was driving below the speed limit and "minimally slower" than Howe was.

Back in September 2015, the Los Angeles district attorney decided that there was insufficient evidence to charge the fact star with manslaughter or a misdemeanor and the office "can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt" her "behavior was unreasonable," according to court papers obtained by men and women.

"We thought from the beginning that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing, " Jenner's attorney Blair Berk said in a statement to PEOPLE. "We are heartened that the District Attorney has consented that a misdemeanor charge could be inappropriate. A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when life is missing, isn't always a criminal issue."
